## Retrieval vs. training
- **Retrieval** (search/answer generation) is allowed.
- **Training** (model parameter updates) is not allowed without written permission.

## Crawler identity & behavior
- Identify via User-Agent and include a contact header (“From:”).
- Respect robots.txt. This file is advisory.
- Crawl responsibly; avoid overloading.
